1. Description of Service

The Application is a tool designed to provide PDF document reading, management, and related functionalities.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the service at any time with or without notice, without liability to you or any third party.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the Application in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to, use the Application for any unlawful or improper purpose, including but not limited to:

• Uploading, displaying, or sharing any content that is false, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise illegal.
• Infringing upon the patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of others.
• Engaging in any activity that could adversely affect the proper functioning of the internet or mobile networks.
• Undertaking any actions that compromise computer network security.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Application itself (including but not limited to the software, technology, programs, text, images, and user interface design) are owned by Zvruks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application or use any part of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The intellectual property rights of the content within the documents you view or manage through the Application belong to their respective owners.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the Application will meet your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your misuse of the Application or from any force majeure event (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, government actions, etc.).

Any third-party links or services accessed through the Application are the responsibility of the third party. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zvruks be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Application.

6. Modification and Termination of the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. When changes are made, we will notify you through an in-app notification or by posting the revised Agreement on our website. The revised Agreement will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including for a breach of this Agreement.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing all use of the Application.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the relevant laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation.

If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction.
